These terms are a template and must be reviewed by counsel. Using ClickResult after go-live constitutes acceptance of the final published terms.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using ClickResult you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and NDPR Compliance statement.
2. Accounts & eligibility
- Laboratories must be MLSCN-accredited; accounts are activated after admin review.
- Physician accounts are verified before they may create referrals.
- You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account.
3. Lab, physician, and patient obligations
- Labs warrant that results are entered accurately and verified per the two-person rule before publishing.
- Physicians warrant that referrals are clinically appropriate and that patient consent is respected.
- Patients must access results only via authenticated login or the result access-code flow — never via forwarded links.
4. Fees & billing
Fees are per the plan selected at registration (Basic / Pro / Enterprise) and displayed at Pricing. Per-result and subscription charges are metered on publish; overage, home-collection, and SMS margins apply as shown in-app. Enterprise/HMO invoices are settled by corporate bank transfer and reconciled in the Admin Invoices screen.
5. Intellectual property
The platform, including the report template and brand, is owned by ClickResult and its licensors. Laboratory content (results, branding) remains the property of the originating laboratory.
6. Disclaimers
ClickResult is a result-delivery and referral platform; it does not provide medical advice. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of qualified professionals.
7. Liability & termination
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClickResult’s liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We may suspend accounts for security, abuse, or non-payment, with notice where practicable.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos, unless otherwise agreed in an Enterprise agreement.
