ClickResult was built around a single observation: a lab result only matters when the right person sees it at the right time. We connect the three roles that make that happen — laboratory, physician, patient — on one platform so nothing is lost to a phone call, a printout, or a week of waiting.
Our mission
Every result follows the same four-step path — upload, verify, notify, view. The system checks reference ranges automatically, a second qualified reviewer signs off, and patient and physician are notified the moment a report is published.
The result is a report that reads like a report, not a dashboard: critical values surfaced first, visual range indicators, plain-language notes, live QR verification, and delivery in English, Hausa, Yoruba, and Igbo.
Accreditation
ClickResult onboards accredited laboratories only — MLSCN compliant. Laboratories are verified before activation; platform-wide audit trails are retained per NDPR and our published retention schedule.
